Ekphrasis Design was born when I realized that my love for art and design and my obsession with words could come together and form a beautiful stew. I work with clients to realize their goals in terms of both form and function—the appearance of a business card or a website has an immense influence on the way the information is communicated.
My primary focus is working with the literary community, but my interests and abilities encompass many other fields.
My career in design began with refrigerator-bound crayon drawings and is continually evolving. Along with a decade working in the field, my qualifications include a degree in Art from Yale University, a certification in Graphic & Web Design from Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging Arts, and membership in AIGA.
I can create the perfect materials for your project: custom logos, business cards, bookmarks, posters, flyers to promote new releases and appearances, websites, and an endless range of other possibilities.
A passion for art has always inspired my work. In addition to digital design, I spend my time making handcrafted books and woodblock prints.
